Consent for the processing of your personal data

By selecting the “tick” in the contact form at the web address: www.studiov.hr, I give my consent to STUDIO V, obrt za usluge, vl. Lidija Valentić, Karlovac, Mekušanska cesta 73 (hereinafter: Data Controller) to collect my personal data – name and e-mail address (hereinafter: personal data), and to process them in such a way as to respond to the inquiry I made through the contact form via my e-mail address. Personal data can only be used for the purpose of answering my inquiry. My personal data can only be accessed by authorized personnel of the Data Controller in charge of responding to the inquiries of website visitors, and only for the purpose stated above. The data controller undertakes all technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. The manager of personal data processing will delete my personal data one year from the day after I receive a response to my inquiry. I give this consent voluntarily, and I confirm that I am aware that I can withdraw this consent at any time without any negative consequences. I am also aware that in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, under certain conditions, I can use my rights to obtain a confirmation of processing, inspect my personal data, correct or supplement my personal data, object to further or excessive processing, block illegal processing, to request the deletion of your personal data, and to receive a copy of your personal data for transfer to another beard manager. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to hello@studiov.hr. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing of personal data based on the consent given before its withdrawal. In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency if you believe that there is a violation of the processing of your personal data. Provision of your personal data: name and e-mail address necessary to send an inquiry via the form on the Controller’s website, so it will not be possible to ask the Controller via the online form if you do not provide the Controller with the specified personal data.
